How to Reserve:
Place a Deposit: Secure your share with a $500 (plus tax) non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost.
Customize Your Cuts: Each half share (approximately 200 lbs) includes a customizable assortment of ground beef, steaks, roasts, soup bones, stew meat, and other cuts. We will contact you discuss cutting instructions and recommendations.
Pick Up or Delivery: Once your beef is ready, we’ll coordinate pickup or local delivery for your convenience.
Pricing Details:
Total Cost: – $10/lb plus applicable taxes
Total cost includes standard processing, packaging, and local delivery or pick up.
Premium Processing Options (e.g., snack sticks, summer sausage, bratwurst) specialty cuts) available for an additional cost.
